Beware of Smile: It is Contagious

Spreading happiness is very easy.

I am a combination of an extrovert and an introvert. I love to talk to people and listen to their views. I recharge myself by sitting alone in a quiet place. From my experiences, one thing I have noticed that this world is a beautiful place to live. Things are pretty easy for us, but we make them very complicated. Working in a team is also effortless if we make that so.

We all know that to be a team leader or a team person, one should have leadership qualities. We do higher studies to achieve those skills, and even then sometimes, we fail to lead. But we have noticed in our life, that some people even without any respective degree manages to be a top-class leader along with their employee satisfaction. And, They succeed.

Now, the point here is what is that quality we can have without pursuing any degree to leave our mark in society. You know that quality is free of cany cost. That is our Smile.

A smile is contagious. It is like a virus, one cannot escape from this.

When you greet or even look at anybody with a smile, try to notice the same smile on the face of the person that is next to you. With a smile and positive attitude, when you assign the task to the other person, that person will surely invest their 100% in that particular task. With that smile, if you ask anybody a favor, no doubt that person will try to help you at any cost.

Moreover, having a smile on our faces is beneficial for us in physical as well as emotional terms. Whenever there is a smile on our face, our brain receives the signal that we are happy, and it releases the respective hormones, and in turn, we feel that happiness inside also. When we put that smile on our face, society also tries to be with us which in turn is beneficial for our personal as well as professional growth. With that smile, we feel light and we do the complex tasks even, in a very light mode.

Tip: Try to spread smiles on the faces of the people around you. Your world will convert into a happy and magnetic place in your favor.
