To live a blissful life, one should have a healthy mind and a healthy body. Here, are a few steps to replace our existing substandard habits with new quality ones.

We want to live a healthy and happy life. This means we want to achieve the perfect state for our body and mind. But only wanting something will not lead us to the getting part. We have to make some efforts to reach that state.

Currently, the majority of us are moving in the opposite direction, and that way we cannot achieve our perfect being.

For a healthy Mind and Body:

Don’ts:

  1. If we feel lonely: surround ourselves with people having bad habits.
  2. If we feel cravings/hunger: feed ourselves the wrong foods.
  3. If we feel fat: try to skip meals.
  4. If we feel bored: spend too much time on social media.
  5. If we feel exhausted: Drink caffeine-rich drinks.

Do’s:

  1. Lonely/Unhappy/Sad??

Do meditation and use your hobby to do some creativity. Time will fly like anything. By doing some exercise, you will feel your happy hormones.

2. Hungry?

Eat some plant-based food. This will nourish you from within by giving a sense of satisfaction to you.

3. Fat/Obese?

Eat your meals on time or whenever you feel keen hunger. But, try to stop before feeling full. Do some exercise.

4. Bored?

Do some creativity or learn something new for your growth.

5. Exhausted?

Talk with someone with whom you feel motivated and inspired. Have some vegetable juice or coconut water.

The main aim of these suggestions is: do whatever you like to do but try to give it a thought before. Consciously choosing your food and thoughts is the way to a healthy and wealthy life.
