Be Grounded and Achieve whatever you want.

We all want to grow and succeed in every area of our life. We want happiness at any cost. We want to be loved by everyone. We want to explore the world and learn new ways of living. We all like freedom. But don’t you think with all of these achievements, we all are missing our true selves.

We are not as happy as we were in our childhood. We are not as naughty as we were with our friends and family in our childhood times. We are not as healthy as we were then. We are not as playful as we were. There are some missing things in our life, no matter what we get as money, still, with that, we are not able to get those missing things. Our sincerity, naughtiness, happiness, healthiness, and playfulness, everything is not with us anymore. All these qualities are our true selves (our true nature).

We all have that question in our mind, that we are doing so much good with our life, but still why we are lacking in those special and mischievous qualities? The answer is that we are not grounded anymore.

To fly is a good option, and to be grounded is necessity.

Now, the point is how we can be grounded in our life. There are some habits that I have implemented in my life and witnessed the amazing positive transformation also. Here those are:

  1. Visit your home often: As we all are busy and growing in our lives. To be away from home is a need of an hour these days. And we are suffering a lot also due to this. But we can make it even by visiting our home often. I am not saying go to your home every week, month, or year. But whenever, you feel that your energy levels are depleting and you are getting no support from the surroundings, then it is an alarm for you to be connected with your power of source which is your home and family members.
  2. Meditate: Mediation will help you to listen to your soul and with this, your intuition will reach the next level. You can protect yourself from some problems with your intuition only.
  3. Yoga: Yoga is what makes you able to listen to your body. It makes you healthy and happy. When our body will be healthy, we will be more energetic to do our tasks to reach our heights.
  4. Play Outdoor Games: We all should indulge ourselves in some outdoor activities like playing badminton, basketball, football, cricket or whatever we like to play. We can get healthy with yoga and exercise, but when playing games, we feel a certain kind of excitement while winning or losing the game. That sudden feeling of excitement rushes certain kinds of chemicals in our body and mind, which balance out our hormonal levels. So, play any outdoor game.

Imp. Note: By grounding ourselves, we can heal our root chakra also. That will benefit us a lot.
