Importance of Conscious living
Chitchatting with my friend, I realized that I was not enjoying that conversation. I was a bit ruffled. That day, I did not utter even a single good word and all I was doing was looking for the safest and most cozy place for myself. I did not enjoy my work even. I wanted to take an off from my work and wanted to be lost somewhere where no one will be able to see me at least for a few days.
What happened to me, I was unaware and wanted an escape from that. Then at the night, during my bedtime, when I started writing my daily journey, I reflected on my day, what I found was that in the early morning of the same day, one little yet ignoring event happened to me which in turn triggered my mood subconsciously. I did not pay attention to that event at that time, so that remained unresolved. Therefore, during my writing time, I tracked down that event and resolved that in my mind. Then all of a sudden, I felt satisfied, happy, and light also. I slept well.
The next morning, I was full of energy and eager to go to my work. I did not want to escape from anything and moreover, that day, I completed my numerous and pending tasks with proper dedication.
The point here to share this journey with you was to bring around the idea that sometimes, in our lives, we feel bad and want to escape. It can be due to any foreseen or unforeseen reason. Still, escapism is not the solution (sometimes it is required, we will discuss this also later on). We should prefer to resolve the matters in our minds first, on an instant note, and try to live our life consciously.
Because a conscious life is a gift from and to the universe. A conscious mind will not hurt others and not even itself. It is a blessing. I will share a very simple technique to live our life consciously and that is:
During your bedtime, write down your daily life journey (from dusk till dawn) in a journal. Lavish and outstanding results you will experience.
Have a conscious life ahead. Take care.
