Open the tangles

In our day-to-day lives, we feel stuck, sometimes with our work, and other times, with our thoughts. Moreover, we think that it is quite impossible for us to deal with a particular situation. I want to create a single yet effective thought here. Whatever the reason is, we can handle every situation in a very calm way. What we need is a little but dedicated time to untangle these knots which seem quite impossible to deal with.

Here are a few common suggestions for straightening up these knots. Trust me, If you will follow these step by step, half of your problems will be solved.

  1. First of all, Leave everything behind and relax.
  2. Think like you have no pending task.
  3. Now, have a cold shower/bath as it will activate the mind.
  4. Play some relaxing music. (I personally will recommend instrumental music).
  5. Have your solo time and now take a paper pen.
  6. Write down your free slots (when you are doing nothing). (Other than your scheduled slots).
  7. Fix a slot for your enjoyment activities and health-related activities.
  8. Write down your remaining slots and the tasks you want to do (your pending tasks).
  9. Now, Prioritize your tasks.
  10. Fix the dedicated time slots for every pending task. (Invest only that much time what is required for the task based on their respective priority).
  11. Now, Follow this every day like a ritual.

What we did here, We just divided the time and the task as per our convenience, and then, we will win over the situation.

In the initial days, you will miss the rhythm you have decided for yourself. But with practicing the abovesaid ritual, you will see the positive results and along with that, you will feel connected with yourself and also feel contented.
