The journey from feeling: Clumsy to Composed!
Remember the day, when you were feeling messed up in the morning, and you do not want to do anything. But then, in the evening, when I met you, you were like at the top and feeling enthusiastic and relaxed. He (my brother) advised me to share this mantra of how I tapped into the state of calmness from that chaotic state. So, here I am.
I just took a few steps back from that chaotic state, cut myself from that flow with which I was flowing toward my life on a daily basis for the last few days. I had invested my next few minutes in realizing what I want in my life and in which direction I should need to continue. Which path I should follow?
Then, I figured out what additions I should do to my routine on a little basis and implemented them one by one. I tried to remove the blockages one by one and started doing the small actions that are needed.
I started feeling organized and happy. So, can you.
