Take a pause and think do you really understand the meaning of the “self” phrase in the self-improvement part?

Sometimes in life, we are in so much hurry to prove ourselves the best fit in our society that we almost forget to feel ourselves.

We always try to figure out all the answers to how, why, what, and when to be better or the best for others’ sake. We believe in self-improvement but if we look closely into this, that is far away from true self-improvement. It is like we have mistaken the “self” phrase in this self-improvement part.

We have been standardizing almost everything in our life on the experiences, learnings, and wishes of others. Take a pause here, this is our life, one life. We have to live it, on our own terms. It will be okay if we will not fit in one or another task. Luckily, there are so many options around us from where we can make our living, Right?

The point I am raising here is that try to live happily. Do you remember, when was the last time you felt joyous?

Have my words here, our body and mind are very intelligent and it always keeps on telling us what we need to do and what is required.

It is our belief system that works totally against our intuition.

So, if we will shred some of our beliefs, especially those for which we are not having any logical answer yet, we will observe that there is so much space for new experiments. Experimenting with new things always leads us to some learning and growth, and that is what is termed self-improvement. And, self-improvement is quite a contented feeling. Trust me!

So, shred some of your beliefs, try to listen to yourself, and find what you want. Work on that and feel your true self which is peace, happiness, joy, and love.
