Use Both Sources in your Favor: Feel Happiness Within and Out
In today’s world, we all are living in search of happiness. We want to live a happy and healthy life. And, we already are aware of the fact that happiness comes from within but still, we are trying to do all those worldly things which make us happy. This means that we are seeking our happiness from others or the outside world. And because of that, the majority of the time, we find ourselves stuck in the longing for happiness and not in a happy state which in turn leads us to a frustrated and irritated life.
I have also heard and believed the fact that happiness comes from within. But relying only on this fact for our happiness is difficult to some extent for us for now. As we talk about our upbringing and the belief system that we have already embedded in our DNAs, most of the time our state of happiness depends on the others. Now, the question is that how can we adjust our belief system to the reality of the state of happiness? We cannot switch entirely from one belief to another in one shot. But we can gradually transform ourselves, and then will stick with the reality for longer. Here, I have one such creative and promising technique to slowly transform our dependency on the old belief system into the actual truth.
So, be ready to combine beliefs with the facts.
We can have the mindset that we have two sources of happiness, and those are:
1. Happiness from within.
2. Happiness from the outside.
You know we are lucky to have multiple sources of happiness. Try to get an advantage from both sources.
This implies that if one source deactivates for any reason, we can still have the access to the other source. For example, if anyone in society has hurt you then you can switch your mode to a “Happiness from Within” state and vice-versa.
Sometimes, in life, working smartly can lead us to a better and healthy lifestyle. So play smart.
All we need to do is practice this approach religiously. Be in a happy state always.
