Are you a tea lover? Have you tried different flavors of tea? If yes, then here is a new tea variation for you. And, if not, then you must try this one.

One day, I was sitting with my husband in my backyard and we were doing our ‘Chai pe charcha’ ( a discussion on self-management while sipping our rose tea). We were discussing various techniques, habits, and tools for the betterment of our life. While discussing, he shared a very beautiful recipe for self-management with me. He told me that there is a tea in the universe that can help the individual to grow in every area of life. I was astounded and asked him to share with me the recipe for that. That recipe, I am going to share with you all now in this article.

Here, comes our Self-Management TEA:

T: Thoughts (Think Positive) Read Technique to think Positive

E: Emotions (By thinking positive, you will feel positive emotions)

A: Actions ( Then, Based on your emotions, you will decide your actions on the daily basis)

This is not a lie, that we all want to grow in our lives be it professionally or personally. Everyone wants to master his/her life. We always try various techniques and tools to be happy. And, if we think logically, achieving this is very easy and depends on our practice. All we need to do is to focus only on our thoughts, emotions, and actions. This will lead to a very simple and joyful life. If we will observe our thoughts and correct them when it is required, we have already done 50% of the task. Once we will master our thoughts, we will feel the related emotions, which in turn will lead to positive emotions. Then, automatically we will be able to make healthy and wealthy decisions. So, let's join our hands together to start our beautiful journeys by managing our thoughts.
