Well-Being: Self-Care Clues

We are aware of the importance of self-care in our life. We also have awakened that if we will not care for our physical and mental well-being, nothing in the world will make us happy.
Now the thing is what can we do to make ourselves better and happy? Here are a few suggestions if we will follow them, everything around us seems to be good and tempting. And, which in turn will make us ready to overcome any kind of obstacles in life. For that, all we need to do is take care of our physical as well as mental well-being.
- Physical Well-being: We have to take care of our physical health.
a. Do Exercise daily (at least for 20 minutes).
b. Eat healthy food (pranic food).
c. Massage daily or at least on alternate days (Oil massage is beneficial)
d. Go for a walk in the garden.
2. Mental Well-being: If we are not emotionally healthy, then we cannot appreciate anything around us, not even our health. So, mental well-being is as important as physical well-being.
a. Do Yoga (it will bring calmness)
b. Meditate daily (at least for 10 minutes)
c. Do whatever you like to do on a daily basis (Watch a movie, Dance, Singing or make any craft)
d. Eat healthy food (pranic food).
e. Read one page daily (Book Reading)(for growth, we as human beings love to grow)
f. Go for a walk in the garden.
To pamper ourselves is a good and healthy choice to regain our strengths back. Sometimes, all that we need is to relax and observe our life. Whenever we want to work on our weaknesses, the healthy approach is to identify our weaknesses, fuel up our energy levels, and then work on those weaknesses with that gained strength.
Now we know that for the betterment of our physical and mental well-being, we have to add a few basic habits to our day-to-day lives.
